Client Spotlight: A Strategic Website for a Mental Health Consultant

Medicare Consulting for Therapists Website

Gabrielle Juliano-Villani founded Medicare Consulting for Therapists in order to provide clarity, confidence, and strategy to clinicians navigating the Medicare system. As her business grew, so did her vision for a professional online presence that would support long-term goals like expanding course sales, increasing discovery calls, and building authority through consistent content.

Gabrielle initially created her site in Squarespace on her own, which helped her get started — but she knew it wasn’t fully expressing her expertise or supporting her business ambitions in the ways she hoped. Through a referral from a past client, she reached out to me to elevate her website to a space that felt both professional and deeply aligned with her voice and values.

Goals for Design & Strategy

Gabrielle came to the project with a clear set of intentions:

  • Position her business as a trusted authority in Medicare consulting for therapists

  • Make it easier for visitors to book discovery calls and engage with her services

  • Sell online courses

  • Grow her email subscribers

  • Create a solid foundation for SEO and future blogging

These goals shaped every step of the design — from navigation structure to imagery and messaging.

The Design Approach

With the direction set, we collaborated on a custom Squarespace website and visual identity system that reflects Gabrielle’s personality: calm, expert, welcoming, and elevated.

Mini Visual Branding Kit

In addition to the website, this project included a custom mini visual branding kit to ensure consistency across every touchpoint. This included a logo design and a simple style guide outlining brand colors, typography, and visual direction — creating a cohesive foundation for both the website and future marketing materials.

Branding & Style

Drawing from Gabrielle’s vision, we developed visual elements that feel grounded yet professional — supporting both immediate clarity and long-term growth.

Site Structure & Features

The site features a thoughtful page architecture designed to guide visitors through Gabrielle’s story, services, offerings, and educational content with clarity and ease. As part of my Signature Site website package, functional enhancements were added using custom code to support usability and engagement, including a back-to-top button, anchor links, scrolling logo sections, styled buttons and accordions, customized media elements, and a Google Reviews feed. The website build included 12 pages:

  • Home

  • About

    • - Meet Gabrielle

    • - Reviews

  • Services

    • - Consultations for Private Practice Owners & Therapists

    • - Consultations for Group Practice Owners

    • - Consultations for Corporations

    • - Mental Health Practice Audits

  • Online Courses

  • Resources

  • Blog

  • Contact

  • Custom 404 Page

Every page was built to support future growth — particularly for blogging and sharing valuable resources that strengthen SEO and ongoing visibility.

The Result

Gabrielle’s new custom website now feels like a true digital extension of her expertise — welcoming, clear, and designed to convert visitors into subscribers, learners, and clients. The structure allows for growth, with blog and resource pages ready to share insights that support her audience and search visibility over time.

As Gabrielle shared after the launch:

“I felt like it was exactly what I wanted… even though in the beginning I didn’t know what that was. I feel like you captured my brand and personality perfectly, while still being professional and targeting my ideal audience.”

This kind of alignment — between brand, voice, and functionality — is exactly what a thoughtful website design should achieve. Check out the live website.

A Continued Collaboration

Since initially working together, Gabrielle reached out again for an updated logo for her broader wellness initiatives. It’s been a joy to partner with Gabrielle on multiple creative fronts.
