Collaborate & Strategize
We start with a free 30-minute consultation to choose the right package. You complete a questionnaire about your practice, your ideal clients, and your vision. Then we meet for a one-hour strategy call so nothing gets missed.

Design & Build
Once I have your copy, branding, images and account access, we get to work. We stay in touch via email throughout the week and meet for weekly check-in calls where we’ll review your new website as it comes together.

Launch & Support
After launch, you get a week of email support and simple instructions for making your own updates. If you ever get stuck later, you can always book a support session with me for as little as one hour.

The Signature Site takes up to four weeks once I have your copy, branding and photos. Most delays come from content, so the copy questionnaire is designed to make that part easier. If writing isn't your thing, I can create a first draft for you at no extra cost. I use a trusted AI tool designed specifically for website copy, then edit the draft so it fits your practice. You can keep it as is or use it as a starting point and make it your own.
